Great Thunder Awards Drilling Contract for Chubb Lithium Project

Great Thunder Awards Drilling Contract for Chubb Lithium Project

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) – Great Thunder Gold Corp. (TSXV: GTG) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Forages Rouillier Drilling of Amos, Quebec for the previously-announced drilling program on Great Thunder’s 100%-owned Chubb Lithium Project located approximately 32 kilometres north of Val d’Or, Quebec.

The drilling program will comprise three 100-metre holes, rather than two holes as previously announced. The program has two primary interests. First, management wants to verify the pegmatite field at a depth of 40 metres. Second, it is necessary to further investigate two induced polarization anomalies discovered in 2009 by way of an airborne magnetic survey undertaken by Natural Resources Canada. Permitting delays have now been resolved and mobilization to the site is expected in approximately two weeks.
