8979545 Canada Corp., a private company owned by Mr. Rodney Ireland, focuses on connecting CEOs to investment advisors and investment bankers. It also works with management to enlarge their contact lists and amplify the impact of press releases through social media. Mr. Ireland is a director of Forrester Metals Inc. and Vanadium One Energy Corp., both TSX Venture Exchangelisted companies, and has over 15 years of experience investing and working with resource sector companies.

8979545 Canada Corp. has been retained, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, for a 12- month period commencing immediately at $6,250 per month, payable in advance. Neither 8979545 Canada Corp. nor Mr. Ireland presently have a direct or indirect interest in Great Thunder securities.
